Position (Will be reviewed dependent upon current
business conditions)

Position
Responsibilities:
-
Primary responsibilities: includes cleaning, part-marking
and packaging, and other related bench operations
i.e. paint removal, specific testing of metal-machined
parts for timely customer delivery. Create PO’s
for sub-contractors. Follow-up on orders as necessary.

Secondary responsibilities: Machine operation where or
if required. Shop Floor duties as required.

A high level of mechanical aptitude and dexterity

working with your hands
- Demonstrated

- Occasional
heavy lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Ability
to closely follow direction and work with a minimum
of supervision

Lathe Set-Up \ Operator(s) Shift Work |
Position
Responsibilities:
- Must
have a full knowledge of CNC lathes and Fanuc
control
- Ability
to perform complete set-ups, and simple CNC
programming / editing
- Trouble
shooting abilities for work with a wide variety
of materials
- Experience
in reading blue prints and use of precision
measuring instruments
- Experience
in cutting tool selection and grinding

keeping and documentation.
- Good
hand-eye coordination, ability to measure and keen
attention to detail required.
- Must
have reliable personal transportation as no public
transit available.
