BCI-EMMS strives to offer our customers the best possible service at all times. Producing “Test-Cuts” represents an opportunity for us to partner with our customers, in developing, and investigating their Engineered Materials’ job specific requirements, with our Ultrasonic Manufacturing techniques, and processes.

BCI-EMMS is pleased to offer “Test-Cut” service on any applicable opportunities and applications. “Test-Cut Projects” will be discussed in advance with the customer, and will be quoted based on agreed upon Goals, and conducted on customer approval only at the rate of $200.00 per hour, plus any applicable tooling, and material expenses. Test-Cut Projects will not be scheduled to proceed until a Purchase Order is received, and a “Test-Cut Project - Cost Ceiling” is set and agreed upon by both parties.

Customers choosing to move forward with this option will be updated via email at the end of each working day on the status, or the progress of, the Test-Cut Project.

Our Commitment to You We can provide you with an innovative solution or alternate method of manufacturing to meet your engineered materials requirements.

Test-Cut Projects will conclude, upon successful completion of “Test-Cut Project – Goals”, or the “Test-Cut Project – Cost Ceiling” has been reached. In this event, it will be the customer’s decision to authorize a new “Test Cut Project –Cost Ceiling”, in writing via email, or terminate the existing “Test-Cut Project”. Customers who elect their “Test-Cut Project” option will qualify to recoup a percentage of the cost associated with their “Test-Cut Project” based upon the placement and timing of an order with BCI-EMMS. Criteria for what percentage of return will be credited to the customer will be based on the complexity of the “Test-Cut Project”, and overall value of the order. The percentage of return will be indicated on the “Test-Cut Project Quotation”, and is subject to re-evaluation if the customer changes any significant job criteria. In this event, the customer will be advised in writing via email.
