Modified Quandrupole Assay where eight notches were precision machined within .0254mm of other critical components that could not be damaged

Medical:

A customer in the medical industry needed help to modify an assembly in order for the component to be effective.

The EMMS was able to successfully machine the critical ceramic component using their advanced new age ultrasonic technology to update the parts to the required revision without sacrificing the product or damaging any of the critical parts.

As a result of the EMMS’s service, the customer was able to recover an otherwise discarded component.
