As a privately owned Canadian lean manufacturing company, located in Schomberg, Ontario, we provide a one-stop shopping experience for our clients’ requirements in engineered materials. Our EMMS provides standards and custom results orientated precision machining services for manufactured parts to specification.

At BCI in the EMMS, we consistently advance and rethink the manufacturing of engineered materials from offering advice, innovative solutions, changes and or modifications to parts, pieces and products, to seeking out the latest and most effective technology to work with. The division prides itself on its skilled and dedicated people, industry experience and expertise. EMMS services are proactively performed to not just meet, but to exceed our clients’ expectations.

From components to assemblies, conventional and engineered materials, non-destructive testing (NDT) and plating, we provide rapid turnaround of your prototypes, modifications and/or manufacturing of production quantities. We offer secondary in-house operations such as, gun drilling, honing, laser engraving and single and dual face lapping services. We install various types of hardware and bond components, work with exotic materials, a range of ceramics and perform a wide variety of onsite non-destructive testing to common standards.
